How To Enable Notifications
Setting up text or email alerts for negative or neutral ratings is simple. Sign into your FeedbackFive account and go to the Options page. On the Alerts tab, you can set up email or text notifications. Choose whether you’d like to receive alerts for seller feedback. Determine when and how you’d prefer to receive those notifications. If you are enabling mobile alerts, be sure to have your device nearby. You’ll receive a text alert with a verification number as part of the set-up process. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to save your preferences.
