Product reviews can be valuable, regardless of which way they go. Positive reviews tend to boost product sales; while less favorable reviews give sellers information they need to improve the product in the future. Unfortunately, many sellers on the Amazon marketplace struggle to impact an item’s number of reviews.
Automated tools, such as FeedbackFive, can increase the odds of eliciting product reviews. FeedbackFive also makes it easy to drill down and send product-specific messages. You can do that in two ways: with product-specific email campaigns or with SKU tags.
There are several scenarios in which sending product-specific emails is useful. It can make sense when you are:
Many sellers find that sending a product-specific message provides them with the customer input they need to continue successfully building their businesses. With this information, they can make tweaks and improvements to continue to improve their products and packaging.
Using FeedbackFive’s email campaign settings, you can add a list of SKUs or ASINs to include or exclude when sending product-specific emails to your buyers. Depending on your business needs, you can make this email specific to one particular product or a set of items.
These campaigns make it easy to ask buyers for product reviews. All you need to do is complete a quick one-time product-specific email campaign setup and FeedbackFive will take care of the rest.
When setting up your campaign, you may opt to use one of the default campaigns or create your own. You can also determine when the campaign should be sent. Once you’ve created your campaign, it will send automatically based on the settings you chose. Instead of wondering whether or not you remembered to follow up with a customer after their purchase, you can sleep easy knowing that FeedbackFive is hard at work, helping you provide incredible customer care.
In addition to the SKU/ASIN campaign rule, FeedbackFive offers an additional level of flexibility with SKU Tags. You can add SKU Tags in specific email templates so that the customers who order those SKUs, regardless of the campaign, will see the SKU-specific messages that you have customized.
There are some instances when you might want to exclude a SKU in your email campaign. In some cases, you may be aware of a slight issue with an item or the item’s packaging. Since you’re already working to resolve the issue, it may not be helpful to receive more feedback until you’ve created a solution. In that case, you might want to exclude those SKUs from your product-specific email campaign. You can exclude SKUs the same way you include them, in the SKU rule.
To customize your campaign based on SKUs, simply choose the rule you want:
Then, you copy/paste the SKUs into the text field. Customizing your buyer interaction has never been easier!
FeedbackFive helps you reach your customers in a timely and effective fashion. With FeedbackFive, you can add your SKU Tags or set up your first product-specific email campaign within minutes. See the difference that customization makes for your business!
