Are you managing Amazon seller accounts in multiple marketplaces? Do you have team members who only need access to some, but not all, parts of your FeedbackFive account?
Luckily, FeedbackFive offers plenty of flexibility for both circumstances. In this post, we'll share how to use these account settings.
Did you know that you can manage multiple Amazon stores from a single FeedbackFive account? With multi-store management, you pay one low monthly price for a single account with unlimited users.
Better yet, it only costs $10 extra per month for additional marketplaces, and our premium plans have more than one marketplace included for free!
Many Amazon merchants are selling their products in international marketplaces. FeedbackFive’s multi-store management makes it easy to keep tabs on your Amazon reputation in every marketplace that you’re a part of. Simply toggle between your accounts to manage and monitor your seller feedback and product reviews for Amazon.com, .ae, .ca, .com.au, .com.br, .com.mx, .co.uk, .de, .es, .fr, .in, .it, .nl, .se, .sg, and .tr. from one streamlined account. You can now purchase one monthly email plan and contact buyers in each marketplace from that account.
It’s important to remember that your feedback and reviews are unique to each marketplace you sell in. If your product does not yet have reviews in a particular marketplace, reviews from another marketplace will be displayed with a badge stating which marketplace reviews are being shown. It's important to build product reviews for your products in each marketplace, and FeedbackFive can help you do just that with product review request campaigns. Need additional insight? Dive into seller feedback and email analytics with FeedbackFive’s at-a-glance metrics.
If you go with a paid plan, you'll be able to add unlimited users to your FeedbackFive account, either for every store you own or at the store level. For example, maybe you work with an assistant who helps you manage your U.K. store reputation, but that person doesn't need to receive email notifications for your U.S. store. You can set your assistant up to only receive email notifications regarding your U.K. store.
As your business grows, FeedbackFive grows with you. Users at the Pro level and above can toggle between different marketplace accounts, making it easy to manage feedback in multiple stores. FeedbackFive users also have the option to receive text or email alerts for negative/neutral feedback, allowing them to act quickly to resolve any customer issues.
