Wondering how to get more out of your Amazon email software? If your email automation tool is any good, it tracks the product reviews, ratings, and seller feedback that you receive from sending those emails. But should you be monitoring more about your products?
FeedbackFive provides best-in-class email automation and feedback and review tracking. But it can also monitor your sales volume, refund percentage, repeat buyers, and more. Read on to learn why these metrics are important to track and how to view this data in FeedbackFive.
If you’re selling on Amazon, you want to make sales, plain and simple. While you can see sales reports in Seller Central, it’s nice to see them alongside the other data in FeedbackFive, like reviews and emails.
On FeedbackFive's Campaign Analytics page, you can see orders compared to reviews, feedback, or product ratings. This can show you whether positive or negative reviews impacted the number of orders you’re getting.
For more sales and revenue data, go to the Orders > Overview page. Here, you'll find a wealth of information about your Amazon orders and sales. See the graph at the top of the page to learn how much your orders and sales have increased or decreased in the past 7, 30, 90, or 150 days.
This graph also shows you units sold. Knowing that your buyers tend to buy multiple items in a single order can give you insight into their behavior and suggest ways to improve your Amazon strategy. Maybe you should offer a bundle or multipack as a different ASIN to make it easier for your buyers to get what they need.
The Orders Overview page in FeedbackFive also shows how many orders are from repeat buyers and if the orders contain a single SKU or multiple. Scroll down to the "By Day" and "By Product" charts for an in-depth look at this data.
The “By Day” chart shows you the average number of units per order and sales amount per order for each day. Look closer to see whether you notice a pattern of higher sales on certain days of the week or changing unit counts with the seasons.
FeedbackFive also displays the number of orders per day that were purchased by repeat buyers–that is, buyers who have purchased from your store before, within the past 150 days. Lots of repeat buyers usually mean lots of happy customers!
The “By Product” chart shows similar data but broken down by SKU. See the total number of orders, sales, average units per order, etc. for the last 7, 30, 90, or 150 days.
Both of these charts can be downloaded as CSV files for further analysis.

Orders and sales don’t mean much if too many buyers are getting refunds. FeedbackFive can help you stay on top of your profits by tracking customer refunds, too.
The Orders Overview page also shows the number of refunded orders and the refunded sales amount for each day or SKU.
Tip: If you sell items with a high return rate, such as clothing, you may see higher repeat buyers or multi-unit purchases than what is considered normal. This might just mean that your buyers are purchasing several sizes of an item to try on, then returning the extras for a refund. Keep this in mind as you analyze your data.
And remember, you can also exclude refunded orders from your feedback and review requests in FeedbackFive.
Finally, FeedbackFive shows you the sales growth percentage for each SKU for the last 7 or 30 days. You can sort by this column to see which SKUs are growing the most.
Assuming they don’t also have a high refund percentage, these might be SKUs to double down on: keep them in stock and run ads to increase sales even more!
You deserve more than just emails from your Amazon email software. If you already use FeedbackFive for feedback and review tracking, take advantage of all the other product monitoring data available to you.
