How can I improve my FeedbackFive results?

Have you been using FeedbackFive for a while with limited results? Are you wondering whether you are maximizing all the features? Use the checklist below to assess your account's health and make improvements!

(Note: Some features are only available on the Pro plan or higher.)

CHECK YOUR ACTIVITY LOG

Go to your Dashboard, scroll down below the tiles and click the Activity tab.

CHECK YOUR DELIVERABILITY

If you are using Buyer-Seller Messaging templates, log into Seller Central to make sure the messages are being delivered.

(If you are using the official Amazon Feedback and Review Request, skip to the next item.)

 
  • Do FeedbackFive messages appear in the "Sent Messages" folder? In Seller Central, navigate to Messages and use the drop-down on the left side to select "Sent Messages." If you do not see any from FeedbackFive, check that your solicitation email address is an approved sender.

  • Are messages being restricted? If you see messages, but they have a note below them saying that they are restricted, pause all Buyer-Seller Messaging campaigns for 30 days and address any policy compliance issues. (Meanwhile, you can use the official Amazon Feedback and Review Request to request reviews and feedback successfully during your restriction.)

CHECK YOUR CONVERSION RATES

Look at your Dashboard tiles.  Compare the number of feedbacks or reviews to the number of orders imported.

Make sure your emails follow Amazon's policies.
