As of June 2021, some brand registered sellers can use Seller Central to contact buyers who left a negative product review.
If this feature is available to you, you can send a templated message to the reviewer. To do this:
- Log into Seller Central.
- Go to Brands > Customer Reviews.
- Click on Contact Customer.
If a review violates Amazon's Community Guidelines, you can also report it to Amazon so that they can assess or remove it.
