SellerPulse is a software tool by eComEngine that alerts you when important changes happen to your Amazon listings and provides reporting and insights into your Amazon business.
Here are the alerts currently available in SellerPulse:
Listing Status Change
Stay informed when any of your listings becomes search suppressed, inactive, deleted, or active. Choose which of those four listing statuses you would like to be alerted for and how frequently you would like to be notified.
Number of Offers Change
Be alerted if there are any new sellers on your listing, which could indicate a hijacker is selling a counterfeit version of your product.
Listing Content (Title, Image, Brand Name) Change and Flagged as Adult
Unauthorized changes to the content of your listing can negatively impact searchability, brand recognition, and sales. Also, if Amazon mistakenly flags your listing as an adult product, this makes it ineligible for advertising and reduces visibility.
Buy Box Change
Losing the Buy Box on Amazon can be a warning sign that something is wrong, and addressing the issue quickly can help maintain your sales and visibility.
Inventory
Going out of stock at FBA reduces your sales and can damage your sales rank if you stay out of stock too long. Having too little stock might cause Amazon to charge a low-inventory-level fee on future sales. Replenishing inventory quickly protects profitability.
Other Alert Features:
- Alerts log: In addition to email alerts, view a history of all alerts from the past 30 days on the Alerts tab. Sort, filter, and download a CSV to analyze what's impacting your business the most.
- Targeted alerts: Want inventory alerts for all FBA SKUs, but Buy Box alerts for just a few SKUs? Specify a list of SKUs to include or exclude for each alert type on the Settings page.

Buy Box Report
See a real-time breakdown of how many SKUs in your catalog are currently winning and losing the Buy Box and how your offers compare to other winning offers.
Inventory Report
See the current status of your FBA inventory, including sales, days of supply, stockouts, and the number of SKUs incurring the low-inventory-level fee, to help you plan next steps for your inventory. (More data on low-inventory-level fees and aging inventory coming soon!)
