What's on my RestockPro Dashboard?

The RestockPro Dashboard provides at-a-glance, interactive metrics about your store on the Amazon marketplace, along with reports and other resources.

At-a-Glance Metrics

At the top of your RestockPro Dashboard, you’ll see tiles calculating certain key metrics about your inventory:

Active SKUs: the number of SKUs for which RestockPro is providing data and restock suggestions (as opposed to SKUs you have marked inactive).

Total Inventory Value: the total currency value of all your inventory. Click the number to see what comprises it. You may customize how this value is calculated in your store settings.

Reorder Alerts: the number of SKUs for which RestockPro is suggesting a reorder quantity. Click the tile to see these SKUs and their suggested reorder quantities on the Restock Suggestions page.

Reorder Alerts > 7D: the number of SKUs for which RestockPro has been suggesting a reorder for more than seven days. Click the title to see these SKUs and their suggested reorder quantities on the Restock Suggestions page.

On Order: the number of orders currently in progress (that are not marked fully received). The large, blue number that displays in the box is the currency value of the orders. Click the number to see the On Order breakdown: the quantity and currency value of the received and unreceived items, and the total. Click the small, gray number to view the orders on the POs and Shipments page.

Local to Ship: the number of SKUs RestockPro recommends you ship from Local Inventory to FBA. Click the number to see the SKUs on the Restock Suggestions page.

FBA Shipments: the number of FBA shipments inbound to Amazon. The large, blue number is the total currency value of these shipments. Click it to view the FBA Shipments breakdown: received, unreceived, and total value. Click the small, gray number to view these shipments in the POs and Shipments page.

Under the tiles, on the right side of the Dashboard, you’ll see your Sales Activity Summary. This shows the number of units and of different SKUs sold in the last 7, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.

Under that, you will see the Top 20 Selling Items. These are the 20 SKUs that your account is selling the most, along with key quantities for each one:

  • Quantity on Hand (QoH): the number of units you have at Amazon
  • Inbound Quantity: the number of units on their way to Amazon
  • Unfulfillable Quantity: the number of units Amazon reports are damaged or returned and ineligible to be sold
  • On Order: the number of units you have ordered from your supplier and not yet shipped to Amazon
  • Sales Velocity: the average number of units sold per day for the past 30 and 90 days

Under that, you will see Recent Restock Alerts: SKUs that RestockPro suggests you reorder now or soon, along with how many units are on hand at Amazon and inbound to Amazon, the number of days of coverage remaining, and the number of units RestockPro suggests you restock.

Lastly, you will see Suppliers with Reorder Quantities: these are suppliers from whom you order SKUs that need restocking. For each supplier, you see the total suggested reorder quantity and value of all items from this supplier, along with your target PO value and the Free Freight Minimum (both of which you can set on the Suppliers page). Suppliers are flagged with a warning (⚠️) icon if their reorder value is at or above the target. Click the supplier name to see that supplier’s products on the Restock Suggestions page.

On the left side of the Dashboard are links to several reports that help you understand the health of your business and decide which items to restock and which you may need to retire from your catalog. Click the links below to learn more about each report:
