FeedbackFive® was the first Amazon feedback tool, created by eComEngine in 2009. BQool was created in 2010. Compare FeedbackFive and BQool to decide which tool will help you get the results you want.
BQool sends all messages through Amazon’s Buyer-Seller Messaging system. With FeedbackFive, sellers have the flexibility to send their email campaigns two different ways: Through Buyer-Seller Messaging for sellers who want customization options, or by automating the message behind the Request a Review button in Seller Central. BQool does not offer a feature allowing merchants to automate the Amazon Request a Review button.
You can use third-party tools like FeedbackFive or BQool to automate feedback and review requests through Buyer-Seller Messaging. These messages can be customized, allowing you to use your branding. However, there is more risk for violating Amazon’s Terms of Service since sellers create their own email content.
FeedbackFive has the unique ability to send official Amazon feedback and review requests by automating the Request a Review button, saving valuable time. Since the message goes directly from Amazon to your buyers, you can rest assured knowing that your messages will never be flagged as violating any policy or cause a restriction. Amazon takes care of the content; FeedbackFive campaign rules help you make sure the right buyers receive the right message at the right time, automatically!
The FeedbackFive Request a Review feature allows you to:
Both tools have pricing based on monthly email volume, offering the flexibility to choose the plan level you need based on how many emails you want to send each month. FeedbackFive plans start at $0/month. BQool's pricing starts at $10/month.
All FeedbackFive plan levels include the option to automate the Request a Review button or use Buyer-Seller Messaging to send feedback and review requests. Amazon sellers (and vendors) can also use FeedbackFive's Product Review Management feature, even on the free plan.
A big difference between the plans are the email overage fees, which is the price per email, if you go over your plan limit. BQool's email overage fees range from $0.005 - $0.01 per email. Getting charged $0.01 per email can add up quickly!
FeedbackFive's overage fees are minimal at only $0.0009 - $0.0075 per email. FeedbackFive provides the option to turn this feature off so your account will simply stop sending emails when the monthly email limit is reached and automatically start sending again when the new billing cycle begins. However, it can often be more economical to select a lower plan level, like the Pro plan, and pay a few minor email overage fees, rather than upgrade to the Enterprise plan. The FeedbackFive team can help you determine the plan that is the right size for you.
