FeedbackFive and FeedbackExpress both have pricing based on monthly email volume, offering the flexibility to choose the plan level you need based on how many emails you want to send each month. FeedbackFive plans start at $0/month. All features are included in the Pro plan at only $29.99/month for 1500 emails. FeedbackExpress pricing starts at $54/month for 5,000 emails.

FeedbackExpress only offers three plan levels: 5,000 emails, 25,000 emails or 60,000 emails. This makes it difficult for small sellers or sellers with seasonal changes in order volume who need more flexibility in between those three options. FeedbackFive offers ten plan levels starting at 50 emails per month and scales up to 1 million emails per month or more.

Beware of Limitations

It's important to review the plan levels closely to understand support limitations. FeedbackFive offers live chat, email, and phone support in English and Chinese on all plan levels. The FeedbackFive team also offers free Buyer-Seller Messaging optimization and product review strategy consultations. FeedbackExpress only offers customer support in English, and the level of support is limited on the lower plan levels.

FeedbackFive is the stronger software option for larger, enterprise users. FeedbackExpress plans are limited to 60,000 emails per month and FeedbackFive has no limit to how many emails you can send. FeedbackFive also has a more robust feature set including product review monitoring, order analytics, excluding refunded orders from solicitations, a campaign rule to send messages in the buyer's preferred language, and many more customization options.
