If a seller feedback rating is removed, or if a product review is resolved, you can mark the ratings in FeedbackFive to track them.
If either Amazon or your buyer removes a feedback rating, FeedbackFive will still display it. However, you can mark it as removed by ticking the checkbox to the right of the feedback on the Feedback page.
This helps you to keep track of which feedback has already been resolved.
According to Amazon policy, you cannot ask buyers to remove product reviews, and Amazon only removes reviews that violate their community guidelines.
However, if you have addressed the issue related to a certain review or responded to the review, you can tick the checkbox to show that the issue has been resolved.
