FeedbackFive does not have built-in integrations with any helpdesk software tools, but some FeedbackFive notifications can be channeled to a helpdesk via email and handled as support tickets.
For example, you can add the email address for your helpdesk as a FeedbackFive user with the option to receive admin emails turned on. This will allow your helpdesk tool to receive an email alert when there is a negative product review or feedback and to receive the Daily Feedback Summary. (Note: Invoices and system notifications are also sent to any email address with admin emails turned on.)
Similarly, when using the negative feedback response tool, you can add any email address to the BCC field in order to keep track of which feedback ratings have been addressed.
