On the Pro plan and above, refunded orders can be excluded in the Campaign Rules (default campaigns include this rule already).
Refunded orders can be excluded from solicitations (or targeted with solicitations) at the campaign level using the rule “Send to refunded orders?” This rule is already included in the default campaigns on the Pro plan and above.
To exclude refunded orders from a custom campaign, add the rule “Send to refunded orders?” from the “Add another rule” menu and then select “NEVER send to refunded orders.
Note: FeedbackFive depends on Amazon for refund information. Based on our research, Amazon does not always report refunds immediately and may report a refund 3 to 10 days after the refund is issued.
If you are aware of an order that was refunded and want to exclude it immediately from solicitation (or if you are on the Lite or Basic plan), you can exclude the order using another method:
