How can I exclude canceled orders?

Canceled orders are excluded from all FeedbackFive emails automatically on the Pro plan level and above. On Lite and Basic, you can manually exclude canceled orders.

If you are on the Free or Basic (Lite Legacy, Basic Legacy or Standard Legacy) plan levels, and you know that a particular order was canceled, you can mark it as “Do Not Solicit” on the Scheduling page.
