If you sell on more than one Amazon marketplace or if you have permission to sell on more than one Amazon seller account, you may want to add additional stores to your FeedbackFive account.
FeedbackFive supports the following Amazon marketplaces: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, UAE, UK, and US.
In FeedbackFive, the Amazon marketplace for each country is considered a separate store. Any additional accounts your business owns are also considered separate stores. (See Amazon's policy about multiple seller accounts here.)
Each store on your account will have its own dashboard, email campaigns, email templates, orders, feedback, product review summary, and store settings. Stores connected to Amazon.com.br, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.com.mx, Amazon.nl, and Amazon.tr will automatically have our default templates professionally translated into the primary language of that marketplace.
On Pro and above in our multi-store pricing structure, multiple stores can share a single service plan and Product Review Management plan for maximum efficiency.
For example, a seller sells on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. She signs up for FeedbackFive on a Pro plan and adds both stores. Her Canada store only needs about 300 emails per month while her US store needs about 1000 due to its higher order volume. The two stores share the allotment of 1500 emails per month on the Pro plan.
This seller has the same two private-label ASINs in each marketplace. She adds the two ASINs for Product Review Management in each store, for a total of 4 ASINs. This is within her free allotment of 5 ASINs to monitor on Pro.
The Pro plan allows you to add up to two stores to your account for free. The Enterprise plans allow you to add up to 5 stores for free. Additional stores after the free ones can be added for $10 per month each.
Note: If you are still on a Legacy plan, you can add additional stores to your account, but they will not share a single plan. To transition your account to the new multi-store pricing structure, you can change your plan by clicking your username at the top right and choosing Account, or contact us. How to Add Additional Stores
When you first sign up with FeedbackFive, you automatically add one store by connecting your Amazon account. To add another store:
- Log in as the store owner or admin.
- Click your username at the top right and select Account from the menu.
- Click “Add New Store.”
- Follow the steps to enter your Amazon account information and connect the Amazon store to FeedbackFive.
How to Switch Between Stores
To switch between different stores on your account, click your username at the top right of FeedbackFive and choose “Switch Store” from the drop-down menu.
