Who is the FeedbackFive Account Owner?

The account owner is a user who has access to all plan and billing information for your account and has the ability to add new stores to FeedbackFive.

If you log in as the account owner and click your username at the top right, you will see the “Account” option. If you are not the account owner, the “Account” option will not appear.

The account owner can make another user the account owner via a drop-down menu on the account page.
