      Can I use animated GIFs in my FeedbackFive emails?

      No, FeedbackFive no longer supports animated GIFs due to Amazon Communication Guidelines.

      As of November 3, 2020, Amazon's Communication Guidelines do not allow GIFs in emails to buyers. Because of this, FeedbackFive does not support uploading GIF files.

      However, you can include other images related to your brand or company as needed. See How can I add my logo or other images?
