To insert them from the editor, simply place your cursor in the desired spot within the template and then select the one you want from the drop-down list. Some tags even allow you to customize the link text that will be displayed.

When you’re happy with how everything looks, all you have to do is click “OK” and the specified information will automatically generate into your solicitation emails. It’s really that easy. Category Options

Each of the shortcut tags belong to certain categories. For example, the SKU and Track Package tags can be found in the Product category, the Amazon Vendor Number tag is in the Company Details category and the Customer Name, Order Date and SKU List tags are nestled within the Order Details category.

Take some time to look through the different options and become familiar with the definitions for each shortcut tag. You may realize that you want to include information in your emails that you hadn’t even considered before.
