      How can I find suggested email template language?

      The Wizard templates in FeedbackFive have suggested language that is periodically updated. To make sure you are using the most up-to-date suggested language, click “Load Default Values” in the Wizard editor.

      1. Go to Emails > Templates and open one of the Wizard templates: Wizard - Seller Feedback or Wizard - Product Review.
      2. In the Wizard editor, scroll down to the bottom and click on “LOAD DEFAULT VALUES.” This will populate the suggested language and remove any modifications you have made.
      3. You can now upload your logo at the top or make other edits in the Wizard, or switch to the Advanced Editor (click SAVE when prompted) to make a copy with advanced edits.
      4. When finished, go to the Campaigns page and make sure that your active campaign is using the template you have just created or modified.
