Why isn't my data imported into RestockPro?

Make sure RestockPro is connected to Amazon, your Seller Central account language is set to English, and your FBA products are found in the correct Amazon reports.

To import (or provision) your data, RestockPro must be connected to Amazon Seller Central through Amazon MWS. It also needs to get your account data in English. RestockPro also relies on Amazon's reports to get data; if a product is not found in the correct Amazon report, RestockPro won't be able to find it.
